Cancellation Policy
Please give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If not given proper notice, 30% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows will not be able to re-book.
Understand that when booking an appointment, I am blocking out time just for you. If not given a proper notice, this prevents me from getting others to fulfill that spot thus not making an income. I understand sometimes things cannot be prevented and a cancellation is inevitable. However, I must keep these policies in place to insure the wellbeing of my business.
